First Solar, Inc. announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2010. Fourth quarter 2010 net sales were $610 million, a decrease of $188 million from the third quarter of 2010, primarily due to the timing of system sales and the December implementation of 2011 pricing, partially offset by an increase in volume.
